We have completed all stages of data verification to update the condition of citizens who will receive the aid during PSBB

The city administration has completed the process of verifying the data of citizens receiving social aid (Bansos) for meeting food needs during the large-scale social restrictions (PSBB).

"Its process of verifying citizen data is conducted in stages from proposals or data collection at the RT level and then submitted by RW to the local headman," said Governance Bureau Head, Premi Lasari, Tuesday (4/28).

She explained the data of citizens receiving social aid at RW level was proposed to the headman for the data inspection stage. After being verified, the recipient data will be submitted to sub-district level.

"Then the field verification is carried out by the related regional apparatus organizations. Officers under Social Agency in the sub-district conduct the verification phase of the proposal with the recipient data they have," she explained.

After passing the verification stage, it will be sent to the Social Agency and the Communication, Informatics and Statistic Agency as the latest data of citizens who are entitled to receive social aid.

"We have completed all stages of data verification to update the condition of citizens who will receive the aid during PSBB . This data will be used thus the distribution can be done on the target," she said.
